POGLUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-139P, MIR3179-4, and RNU6-1084P. Each is linked with POGLUT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT1-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-139P grouped by POGLUT1-low versus POGLUT1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
