PODXL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODXL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,022 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PODXL_S520, PODXL_S529, and APOA1. Each is linked with PODXL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODXL versus PODXL_S520 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
