PODN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX18, ZCCHC24, and GUCY1B1. Each is linked with PODN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODN-to-partner and partner-to-PODN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODN versus SNX18 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
