PODN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP233, RNU2-47P, and RNU7-196P. Each is linked with PODN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODN-to-partner and partner-to-PODN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP233 grouped by PODN-low versus PODN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
