PODN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PODN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, GCAT, and ZMYND8. Each is linked with PODN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODN-to-partner and partner-to-PODN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by PODN-low versus PODN-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
