Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,421 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH4A, ADGB, and SLPI. Each is linked with POC1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1B-to-partner and partner-to-POC1B results are reported.
