Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5A-3P, SNRPGP7, and MIR139. Each is linked with POC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1B-to-partner and partner-to-POC1B results are reported.
