Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, c-Met_pY1235, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with POC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1B-to-partner and partner-to-POC1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by POC1B-low versus POC1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
