POC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,301 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole elongation, Positive regulation of centriole elongation, and Retina homeostasis. Each is linked with POC1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1B-to-partner and partner-to-POC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of centriole elongation grouped by POC1B-low versus POC1B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
