Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1B-GALNT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POC1B-GALNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with POC1B-GALNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1B-GALNT4-to-partner and partner-to-POC1B-GALNT4 results are reported.
