POC1B-AS1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POC1B-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POC1B-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher POC1B-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POC1B-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where POC1B-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
