POC1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,014 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RPL12_S38, and RRM2. Each is linked with POC1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1A-to-partner and partner-to-POC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POC1A versus RFC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
