POC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF1P4, RNU6-178P, and MTHFD2P3. Each is linked with POC1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1A-to-partner and partner-to-POC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF1P4 grouped by POC1A-low versus POC1A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
