PNRC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNRC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2F, EEA1, and TSPAN13. Each is linked with PNRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNRC2-to-partner and partner-to-PNRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
