Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-15P, RNA5SP414, and MIR7974. Each is linked with PNRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PNRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-15P grouped by PNRC1-low versus PNRC1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
