PNPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, XPO5, and RIF1. Each is linked with PNPT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PNPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPT1 versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
