PNPT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, GNG2, and ANTXR2. Each is linked with PNPT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PNPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPT1 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
