Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,729 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIM1, ESYT2, and SRPK2. Each is linked with PNPLA8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA8-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA8 versus STIM1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
