PNPLA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG5, RHBDD2, and LMTK2. Each is linked with PNPLA8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA8-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA8 versus COG5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
