Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PNPLA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA8-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by PNPLA8-low versus PNPLA8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
