Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Vesicle budding from membrane, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with PNPLA8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA8-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA8 results are reported.
