PNPLA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,317 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL_S67, JPT1, and FHL5. Each is linked with PNPLA7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA7-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA7 versus NCL_S67 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
