PNPLA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,170 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM171, SPECC1, and LSM11. Each is linked with PNPLA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA7-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA7 versus TMEM171 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
