PNPLA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, NANS, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with PNPLA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA7-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by PNPLA7-low versus PNPLA7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
