PNPLA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with PNPLA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA7-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PNPLA7-low versus PNPLA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
