PNPLA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,772 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLF2, KIF1A_S1337, and NGDN_S143. Each is linked with PNPLA5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA5 versus MLF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
