Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,226 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALBP1, REPS1, and AHCTF1_S1232. Each is linked with PNPLA5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA5 versus RALBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
