Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3667, HIRA, and CCDC134. Each is linked with PNPLA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3667 grouped by PNPLA5-low versus PNPLA5-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
