PNPLA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,736 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUDP, SYAP1, and DDX3Y. Each is linked with PNPLA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA4-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA4 versus PUDP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
