PNPLA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Beclin, eIF4G, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PNPLA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA4-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Beclin grouped by PNPLA4-low versus PNPLA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
