Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,450 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C15orf40, NAT14, and SPNS1. Each is linked with PNPLA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA4-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA4 versus C15orf40 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
