PNPLA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,954 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNPLA2_S404, PGPEP1, and ARHGAP6. Each is linked with PNPLA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA2 versus PNPLA2_S404 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
