PNPLA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,393 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH2, NIN, and SNAI2. Each is linked with PNPLA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA2 versus ALDH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
