PNPLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPCAL4, RAI2, and GSC. Each is linked with PNPLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPCAL4 grouped by PNPLA2-low versus PNPLA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
