The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher PNPLA1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PNPLA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and LIHC are the cancer types where PNPLA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
