Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,052 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to ER, Regulation of response to cytokine stimulus, and Post-translational protein targeting to endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Each is linked with PNPLA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein targeting to ER grouped by PNPLA1-low versus PNPLA1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
