PNPLA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, LGALS16, and CST8. Each is linked with PNPLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by PNPLA1-low versus PNPLA1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
