PNN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, MTA1, and ACIN1. Each is linked with PNN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNN versus PPP4R3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
