Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, TGIF2, and MYBL2. Each is linked with PNN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNN versus TMEM97 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
