Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, RAD51AP1, and RIC8B. Each is linked with PNN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by PNN-low versus PNN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
