Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, A-Raf_pS299, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PNN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.
