PNN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACIN1, RBM25, and PABPN1. Each is linked with PNN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNN versus ACIN1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
