PNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 393 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, TIMM9, and CCDC113. Each is linked with PNN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNN-to-partner and partner-to-PNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by PNN-low versus PNN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
