PNMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,487 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT11, SMIM1, and APOE. Each is linked with PNMT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMT-to-partner and partner-to-PNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNMT versus WNT11 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
