Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP and OR13G1. Each is linked with PNMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMT-to-partner and partner-to-PNMT results are reported.
