PNMA8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, THBS3, and HAPLN3. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNMA8A versus UCHL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
