Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,543 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP2, KCNAB3, and ZNF385C. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNMA8A versus USP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
