Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, Stathmin, and MSH6. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by PNMA8A-low versus PNMA8A-high in COAD.
