Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,284 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Protein-DNA complex organization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.
