Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA6A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB2B, MYO1E, and TMF1. Each is linked with PNMA6A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNMA6A versus TUBB2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
